Shadowing the Ferry Building and the Bay Bridge, Armand Vaillancourt's Justin Herman Plaza fountain has not liberated Québec (yet!), but it has overseen a wide variety of other dissident activity - Critical Mass, Valetine's Pillow Fights, Urban Ziplines, a plethora of Flashdance parties, and (!) countless lunch breaks for downtown workers.
